Assigning Newbies

So, this whole crisis thing is in full swing and we're working on how to get the newbies involved! There's currently a small info-dump/network discussion post up over here for some IC discussion. I was also thinking that we might want to borrow from Green team and temporarily assign the newbies to a unit's care, just so they have a better idea of who they can go talk to!
